This project, partly funded by Dalston City Partnership and ERDF, was to set up an online infrastructure initially for Hackney, London, then the Lee Valley and then elsewhere. It proved to be hugely successful: it achieved in excess of all of its required outcomes. The Internet service element set up was then run on our behalf by Soft Solution Ltd under their Poptel service banner.
